Cancellation Policy

Terms & Policies Service Redemption Period Premium Wash and Full Detail: Purchased services must be scheduled and redeemed within 30 days from the selected service date. Paint Correction: Purchased services must be scheduled and redeemed within 45 days from the selected service date. Ceramic Coating: Purchased services must be scheduled and redeemed within 60 days from the selected service date. Please note that service availability may vary based on demand and pre-existing appointments. Deposits & Payments To secure your appointment and avoid scheduling conflicts, we require a deposit for select services at the time of booking: Premium Wash and Full Detail: No deposit required, full payment due at time of service. Paint Correction: 25% deposit required at booking; balance due at time of service. Ceramic Coating: 50% deposit required at booking; balance due at time of service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Any additional rescheduling requests or those made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. For services without a deposit requirement, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Service Policies Condition & Extra Charges: Service prices assume vehicles are in average condition. Additional fees may apply for excessively dirty or neglected vehicles, pet hair removal, heavy stains, and other labor-intensive conditions. We will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the service. Weather Policy: In the case of inclement weather that may affect service quality, appointments will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Disclaimer Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. Results & Durability: Service results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, including paint quality, previous repairs, or exposure to elements. The durability of Ceramic Coating, for example, depends on proper aftercare and environmental factors.
